Central Fund Bill, 1963

The Central Fund Bill, 1963 would authorise the Minister for Finance to release £9,034,624 for government services for the year ending 31 March 1963, and £55,370,000 for the following year. It would also allow the Minister to borrow up to £64,404,624, issuing government securities on terms set by the Minister. The borrowed money would be added to the Central Fund and used to meet public spending, with repayment and interest charged to that fund. It was deemed passed by both Houses of the Oireachtas on 28 March 1963.
