Changes to the membership arrangements for the body overseeing milk supply. From 1996, and every three years afterwards, the Minister must invite nominations from processors, distributors, retailers and consumers; processor nominees must be registered processors. Milk producers will also elect their representatives every three years, on a date set by the Minister.
