Bill entitled an Act to amend the law relating to proceedings in criminal matters in the District Court, for that and other purposes to amend The Courts of Justice Act, 1924, the Criminal Justice Act, 1951, the Criminal Procedure Act, 1967, and other enactments, to give effect to Article 11 of Council Directive 91/308/EEC of 10 June 1991 of the Council of the European Communities on prevention of the use of the financial system for the purpose of money laundering, and to provide for related matters
