Approves up to £12.1 billion for government services in 1997, including education, health, policing, social welfare, transport, agriculture and public administration, with a further £1.16 billion available from related income. It also allows legislation implementing tax and vehicle-registration measures approved by Dáil Éireann in December 1997 to be passed during 1998.
