State Property Bill 1998

The measure would allow the Minister for Agriculture and Food to sell or otherwise deal with land held under the National Stud Act 1945. It does this by removing restrictions in that Act and in the State Property Act 1954, giving the Minister greater freedom to manage or dispose of the land.
