Would establish a Western Development Commission for Clare, Donegal, Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, Roscommon and Sligo to support economic and social development, including businesses, social enterprises, jobs-related projects and infrastructure. It would create a Western Investment Fund, allow financial support and investment, and require public reporting, audited accounts and rules on conflicts of interest and confidentiality.
