Criminal Justice (Location of Victims' Remains) Bill 1999

Creates an independent Irish–British Commission to receive and share information helping families locate the remains of people killed by unlawful organisations before 10 April 1998. It protects informants from criminal prosecution based on information supplied, keeps information confidential, allows Gardaí to search for remains, and permits related inquests to be held by another coroner.
