Regional Technical Colleges (Amendment) Bill 1999

Creates the Institute of Technology, Blanchardstown as a public regional technical college and dissolves the company previously running it. It transfers the company’s property, contracts, debts, legal cases and staff to the college, protects staff pay and pensions, sets up its governing body, and temporarily changes the membership of Dublin-area vocational education committees.
