Intoxicating Liquor Bill 1999

Licensed pubs and registered clubs could sell alcohol, stay open and allow drinking from 11 p.m. on 31 December 1999 until 1.30 a.m. on 1 January 2000, covering the millennium celebrations. Normal rules on finishing drinks would then apply.
