Companies (Amendment) (No. 4) Bill, 1999

The Companies (Amendment) (No. 4) Bill, 1999 would allow the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment to share company records obtained under the Companies Act 1990 with a tribunal of inquiry. It would help such tribunals access relevant documents while keeping disclosure limited to recognised public authorities.
