Arramara Teoranta (Acquisition of Shares) Bill 2001

The Bill would raise the limit on how much the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources could invest in Arramara Teoranta, a Government–private sector seaweed-products company operating in Kilkieran, County Galway. It would replace the existing £43,000 limit with up to €1.2 million to buy €1 shares, allowing the company to restructure and fund planned development.
