Approves up to €29.34 billion in government spending for public services during 2002, with a further €2.48 billion allowed from related income and repayments. It also permits legislation in 2003 to implement ten financial measures agreed by Dáil Éireann, including changes to tax reliefs, stamp duty, tobacco and alcohol taxes, vehicle taxes, diesel duties and VAT.
