The measure would speed up and strengthen the Labour Court’s handling of workplace disputes, including allowing earlier investigations, combined hearings, priority treatment and faster enforcement of its decisions. It would also protect workers, unions and managers from victimisation connected with union activity or disputes, with complaints, appeals and court enforcement procedures provided.
