Copyright and Related Rights (Amendment) Bill 2004

The Bill would clarify that people may publicly display literary or artistic works protected by copyright, or copies of those works, without infringing copyright under the 2000 Act. It is intended to remove uncertainty in the law, including for public exhibitions. The Government said it would have no cost for the Exchequer or additional staffing implications.
