Electoral (Amendment) Bill 2006

Would allow eligible prisoners to vote by post in Dáil, presidential, European and local elections, and referendums, while remaining registered at their home address and meeting ordinary registration requirements. It would also make technical changes to election counts and nomination procedures, and make it easier for some EU voters to register for European Parliament elections.
