Greyhound Industry (Doping Regulation) Bill 2006

Would create an independent body to regulate doping and illegal drug use in greyhound racing, taking this responsibility away from Bord na gCon. The body would investigate suspected breaches, impose bans or other sanctions, hear appeals, publish its decisions and reports, and operate independently with safeguards against conflicts of interest.
