Protection of Employees (Agency Workers)(No. 2) Bill 2008

Would require agency workers who have worked continuously for an organisation for six weeks to receive the same employment conditions as comparable employees, unless there is an objective justification. It would also give them equal access to job vacancies and training, protect them from retaliation, create complaint and appeal procedures, and require agencies to insure workers against losses if the agency becomes insolvent.
