Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Bill 2008

Would broaden corruption offences to cover dealings with foreign public officials and international organisations, and make company directors and managers personally liable where their neglect or approval contributes to an offence. It would also protect people who report suspected corruption—including employees from retaliation—provide confidential Garda reporting, and extend some prosecution time limits.
