The measure would transfer Shannon Free Airport Development Company’s shares in 28 companies to Enterprise Ireland, along with related rights and responsibilities. It would also increase several funding limits for industrial development, specify 14 counties as designated areas, and move certain State-held patents, inventions and related property to Enterprise Ireland, allowing it to manage, license or sell them.
