Strengthens oversight of An Foras by setting term limits for its Director General and board members, requiring accountability to Oireachtas committees, and introducing conflict-of-interest rules. It protects people who report wrongdoing from civil claims and workplace retaliation, while creating a complaints process with compensation of up to two years’ pay and penalties for knowingly false reports.
