Renames the Office of the Houses of the Oireachtas as the Houses of the Oireachtas Service and provides up to €60 million to run it from 2010 to 2012. It also clarifies the Commission’s responsibilities, strengthens financial oversight and auditing, introduces a conduct code for members, and updates rules on staffing, accountability and payments for certain employment injuries.
