Dissolves the Saint Luke’s Hospital Board and transfers its land, property, contracts, legal cases, records, staff and pension responsibilities to the Health Service Executive, while protecting staff terms. It also updates rules for nursing homes, allows accepted regulatory decisions to take effect early, corrects technical errors in medical-practitioner law, and adjusts nursing-home-support assessments for couples.
