Health (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill 2010

People with full medical-card eligibility would pay 50 cent for each prescription item supplied by a community pharmacy, capped at €10 per month for an adult and dependants. Children in HSE care and people receiving specified controlled drugs would be exempt, while the Minister could adjust charges or add exemptions.
