National Tourism Development Authority (Amendment) Bill 2011
Public bill · Government · Presented
The measure would raise the maximum government funding that may be advanced to Fáilte Ireland for tourism businesses, facilities and services from €65 million to €150 million, with the agreement of the Ministers for Transport, Tourism and Sport and Finance. It would not itself commit this money; spending would still be decided through the usual budget process, allowing greater financial support for tourism development if approved.
