Protection of Employees (Temporary Agency Work) Bill 2011

Temporary agency workers would generally receive the same basic pay and working conditions as people hired directly for the same job. They would also gain access to workplace facilities and information about vacancies, while agencies could not charge fees to people seeking work; the measure would set out responsibilities, complaints procedures and protections against retaliation.
