Motorist Emergency Relief Bill 2012

The proposal would immediately cut excise duty on petrol and diesel by 4 cent per litre. It would also require the Finance Minister to review fuel duty every three months, considering oil prices, the economy, public finances and inflation, with power to make further reductions.
