Electricity Regulation (Carbon Revenue Levy)(Amendment) Bill 2012
Public bill · Government · Presented
The Electricity Regulation (Carbon Revenue Levy) (Amendment) Bill 2012 would end the carbon revenue levy when the Act is passed, rather than on 31 December 2012. This would stop electricity generators including the levy in wholesale prices in the Single Electricity Market, removing the related increase in wholesale electricity costs.
Formal long title
