Prohibition on use by Children of Sunbeds and Tanning Devices Bill 2012

The Bill would make it illegal for sunbed businesses or owners to allow anyone under 18 to use a sunbed, except for medically supervised treatment. It would allow inspections, require health warnings, information and protective eyewear, and impose fines or imprisonment; courts could also confiscate equipment used in an offence.
