No. 59 of 2012Wildlife (Amendment) Bill 2012
Public bill · Government · Presented
The bill would remove the expiry date on rules introduced in 2010 for hunting wild birds and hares. This means people holding shotgun firearm certificates issued after 1 August 2009 could continue to hunt those animals legally during the authorised open seasons. The change was expected to have no cost for the State.
