State Airports (Amendment) Bill 2012

The State Airports (Amendment) Bill 2012 would transfer ownership and control of Aer Rianta International, the airport-services company, from Dublin Airport Authority or any other holder to Shannon Airport Authority. It would give Shannon Airport Authority responsibility for managing, operating and developing the company from a date set for the transfer. The measure would amend the State Airports Act 2004 and take effect when signed into law.
