Changes a wide range of taxes and duties, including introducing tax relief for home renovations and new businesses, increasing taxes on savings, pensions, tobacco and alcohol, and extending some business and investment reliefs. It also strengthens enforcement of excise and tax debts, supports tourism and farming, and exempts Magdalen Laundry redress payments from tax.
