Finance Bill 2013 changes a wide range of taxes and duties, including increasing capital gains, inheritance, deposit-interest, alcohol and tobacco taxes. It also introduces or extends reliefs for pensions, businesses, farmers, film production, urban renewal and road transport, strengthens action against tax avoidance and tobacco smuggling, and updates tax administration and international information-sharing rules.
