Pensions (Traceability of Assets) (Amendment) Bill 2013

Public bill · Private Member · Introduced

A public bill introduced by Willie O’Dea to make pension savings easier to trace and recover. It would require the Revenue Commissioners and the Pensions Board to share information, and would place a duty on pension scheme trustees to send the Board an annual list of members so people, or their estates, can find out which schemes owe them benefits and what those benefits are.

Formal long title

Bill entitled an Act to provide a mechanism whereby all Revenue Commissioner approved pension scheme beneficiaries and/or their estate would have ready access to a full and detailed list of all schemes from which they are entitled to draw pension benefits and to provide for related matters
