Pyrite Resolution Bill 2013

Creates an independent Pyrite Resolution Board to run a State-backed scheme for testing and repairing eligible homes damaged by pyrite, with the Housing Agency carrying out the work. It sets eligibility rules, prioritises the most severely affected homes, provides appeals, and allows public funding, while excluding most institutional, State-owned and developer-owned properties.
