Public Health (Tobacco) (Amendment) Bill 2013

The Bill would give the Minister for Health power to make regulations covering activities intended, or likely, to promote the sale of tobacco products. It would also repeal certain 1978 advertising and promotion provisions and cancel a related 1991 regulation, replacing them with the updated regulatory approach under the 2002 Act.
