Thirty-fourth Amendment of the Constitution (Voting Rights in Referenda) Bill 2014

Would allow the Oireachtas to give specified non-Irish citizens the right to vote in Irish referendums, as it already can for Dáil elections. It was mainly intended to enable British citizens living in Ireland to vote, supporting reciprocity and the spirit of the Good Friday Agreement.
