Education (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2014

The Bill would allow certain Irish education providers to use the title “university” abroad, if they award recognised doctorates and at least 40% of their Ireland-based students are from outside the EU. It would also allow access to school-performance information to be restricted and update student-grant rules for PLC courses.
