Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Bill 2014

Creates a new Irish investment-fund structure, the ICAV, with limited liability and rules for its registration, Central Bank authorisation, management, accounts, auditing and supervision. It also sets safeguards for investors and creditors, and allows existing funds to convert to or move between Ireland and other countries as ICAVs, with tax treatment similar to comparable investment funds.
