Houses of the Oireachtas Commission (Amendment) Bill 2015

The measure would fund the Houses of the Oireachtas Commission from the Central Fund for 2016–2018, with spending capped at €369 million, and give it responsibility for managing Oireachtas copyright. It would also update financial rules and terminology, allow all members to receive secretarial assistance, let a deputy clerk act when the Clerk is unavailable, and remove outdated legal references.
