Introduces the Back to Work Family Dividend, giving eligible jobseekers and lone parents with children a tax-free weekly payment for up to two years after starting or increasing work. It also expands support for lone parents, tightens payment identity checks, clarifies carers’ entitlements, allows the Pyrite Resolution Board to use PPS numbers, and updates rules for recovering welfare payments from personal-injury compensation.
