Thirty-fourth Amendment of the Constitution (Dáil Éireann) Bill 2015

The proposal would amend the Constitution to set the membership of Dáil Éireann at 158, including its chairperson. It would also require constituency populations to be as equal as practicable and prevent any constituency from electing more than one TD, except the outgoing chairperson’s constituency.
