Protection of Life During Pregnancy (Amendment) (Fatal Foetal Abnormalities) Bill 2015

The proposal would amend the 2013 law to allow a pregnancy to be ended where medical certification confirms that a foetus has a fatal abnormality and cannot survive after birth. It would create medical assessment and review procedures, allow doctors and nurses to object on conscience grounds, require records and oversight, and list qualifying conditions in a new schedule.
Formal long title
