Personal Insolvency (Amendment) Bill 2015

The Personal Insolvency (Amendment) Bill 2015 would allow people to leave bankruptcy after one year, while limiting income-payment orders to three years. If their main family home had not been sold within three years, ownership would return to them, giving heavily indebted people a quicker route to a fresh start.
