Dublin Docklands Development Authority (Dissolution) Bill 2015

The Dublin Docklands Development Authority would be wound up, with its functions, land, contracts, liabilities, records and planning responsibilities transferred to Dublin City Council. Existing fast-track planning arrangements would be phased out, while a 22-member Docklands Consultative Forum would advise the council on housing, employment, education, planning, the environment and community interests.
