Management Fees (Local Property Tax) Relief Bill 2015

The proposed legislation would reduce the Local Property Tax owed by homeowners in managed estates who pay their annual management fees in full. The reduction would be the lowest of one-third of the management fee, €300, or one-third of the property tax due, with the Minister for Finance able to set implementation rules.
