Garda Síochána (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill 2015

The Garda Síochána (Amendment) (No. 2) Bill 2015 would remove Garda policing charges for cultural or heritage festivals, events held solely to raise money for a registered charity, and unpaid community-run events whose profits are fully reinvested in the local area. It would amend the Garda Síochána Act 2005, reducing the financial burden on voluntary organisers and helping charitable and community events continue to operate.
