Health and Social Care Professionals (Amendment) Bill 2016

Adds crisis pregnancy counsellor to the list of health and social care professions that must be formally regulated under the 2005 framework. That means people using that title would need to be properly registered, helping protect the public by making it clearer who is qualified to give information, advice and counselling to pregnant women in crisis pregnancies.
