Tax Law Reform and Codification Advisory Committee Bill 2018

Sets up a permanent advisory committee on tax law to monitor how tax rules are working, review changes and court decisions, and advise the Minister for Finance on reforms and codification. It would also support research, prepare an annual report, and appear before an Oireachtas committee if asked. The aim is to make tax law clearer, easier to use, fairer, and better for compliance and revenue protection.
