Bill entitled an Act to provide for the establishment of a Department of State to be known, in the Irish language, as An Roinn Breisoideachais agus Ardoideachais, Taighde, Nuálaíochta agus Eolaíochta or, in the English language, as the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science; to amend section 3A of the Oireachtas (Allowances to Members) and Ministerial, Parliamentary, Judicial and Court Offices (Amendment) Act 1998; and to provide for related matters.
