Limits changes of use for student accommodation approved as student housing. For 15 years after such accommodation is completed, no application could be made or approved to turn it into permanent homes or into hotel, hostel, apart-hotel or similar visitor accommodation. It matters because it is meant to protect student housing stock from being quickly converted to other uses.
